Steering Through Chaos

This is by far one of the best books that I have read in a long time.  Pastor Scott Wilson makes you feel like you are just a friend sitting down with him for conversation over a cup of coffee.  What I appreciate most about this book is the realness of it all.  It is not full of how to’s or do this and your church will explode.  It is a very successful pastor being honest about mistakes and risks that he took.  What worked for their church not because they are the greatest but they trusted God to lead and take care of them.  It was refreshing to hear a pastor of a larger church encourage people to listen to the voice of God and then be obedient enough to do it.  I would recommend this book to any pastor, church leader, board member, lay person or anyone who is looking to grow and be successful.   Great, Great, Great resource for the church.
